Job Description
About your tasks:
- Strategy: Define and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap for all Retail Media Ad Solutions in close collaboration with the Director for AdTech and MarTech as well as the Retail Media business team.
- Roadmap: Drive the further development and optimisation of our onsite and in-store retail media products developing the roadmap jointly with Product Director ensuring a comprehensive strategy from both a business and product perspective.
- Backlog Management: Gather stakeholder requirements prioritize features and manage the product backlog to deliver incremental value and meet market needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering design data analytics sales teams and the Retail Media business team to translate business requirements into actionable product initiatives.
- Performance Tracking: Establish product KPIs regularly analyze performance metrics and refine product features to improve ROI and user engagement.
- Market Research: Monitor competitive landscapes industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure market relevance and drive continuous innovation
Qualifications :
About you:
- Proven track record in product ownership or product management ideally within an AdTech or retail media environment.
- Familiarity with sponsored ads digital advertising platforms and revenue optimization strategies.
- Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels.
- Analytical mindset and experience interpreting data to guide product decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working in an agile development environment.
