HireNow Staffing is actively seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President of Water & Wastewater Engineering for a leading engineering firm based in Austin TX. This is a high-impact leadership role for a seasoned professional with a strong background in municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects and a passion for growing business and leading teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multidisciplinary engineering teams specializing in water and wastewater projects across Texas.

Drive business development efforts build client relationships and contribute to the strategic growth of the water practice.

Provide technical oversight on project design regulatory compliance and quality assurance.

Oversee budgeting staffing and execution of multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term vision operational excellence and market expansion.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in civil Environmental or related Engineering discipline (Masters preferred).

Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas (or ability to obtain).

10 years of progressive experience in water/wastewater engineering including leadership roles.

Proven track record in business development and managing client relationships.

Excellent communication leadership and strategic planning skills.
