LG Chems Americas Business Innovation Team is dedicated to analyzing and optimizing business processes to maximize efficiency and productivity. This role will collaborate with various departments to identify areas for improvement design and implement automation solutions and ensure stable system operations while responding to user inquiries. This is a full-time 12-month Internship and ideal candidates will have recently graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration Industrial Engineering Information Systems or Computer Science. This is an excellent opportunity for a recently college graduate to gain real world experience.

Essential Functions (Principal assignments include but are not limited to):

• Analyze and improve business processes.
• Diagnose current business processes and identify issues.
• Propose and implement optimization plans for processes.
• Establish and implement automation/optimization plans to enhance productivity.
• Plan and implement automation solutions using various technologies (RPA low-code/no-code tools etc.).
• Analyze the effects of automation adoption and continually seek improvement opportunities.
• Support system operations and respond to user inquiries.
• Identify and resolve operational issues related to existing systems.
• Provide prompt and accurate responses to user inquiries.
• Collaborate with various departments to execute business innovation projects.
• Manage project timelines and schedules.
• Communicate actively with internal stakeholders and IT/development teams.

Education: Bachelor Degree required.

Requirements:

• Experience in business process analysis and improvement.
• Experience using automation tools (RPA Python VBA Power Automate etc.) preferred.
• Understanding and operational experience with systems such as ERP MES SCM preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Less than 1-year of full-time experience or prior internships.
• Experience in project management (PM/PMO etc.).
• Experience in IT system development or operations.
• Experience collaborating with global organizations.
