Short Description
- Acts as the first point of contact for team members providing guidance training and support as needed.
- Coordinates and assigns work as well as manages the responsibilities of estimate related work queues.
- Identifies and tracks process and/or workflow issues brainstorming possible solutions with the manager.
- Responsible for daily QA payroll and cash reconciliation
- Collaborates with Managed Care Rev Integrity Billing and IT to optimize patient estimate accuracy and increase Coopers revenue stream.
Experience Required
3-5 years required
Education Requirements
High School Diploma required Associates preferred
Special Requirements
- 5-7 years experience in healthcare revenue cycle registration health insurance patient financial responsibility and point of service collections working specifically with health insurance plans
- Advanced knowledge of Medical Terminology Health Insurance Plans and Patient Out-of-Pocket financial responsibility Epic experience
