Senior Architect Government & Institutional Projects
Location: Marion IN (100% Onsite Local Candidates or Commutable Driving Distance Preferred)
Salary: $100000 - $130000 (commensurate with experience)
Schedule: Full-Time Onsite Only

HireNow Staffing is seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join a respected architectural and engineering firm serving public sector clients in Marion Indiana. This is a full-time onsite role ideal for a licensed architect with strong leadership skills and a proven portfolio in civic institutional or healthcare facility design.
As Senior Architect you will lead multi-disciplinary design teams through every project phase from conceptual planning to construction documentation ensuring quality compliance and creativity on every level.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the planning design and execution of new construction and renovation projects

Lead design reviews code compliance evaluations and sustainability initiatives

Collaborate closely with engineers consultants and clients to deliver successful project outcomes

Produce high-quality design documents and manage coordination of construction drawings

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and designers
Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture
-
Registered Architect (RA) required
-
8 years of experience in architectural design and project delivery

Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp and related design software
-
Strong knowledge of IBC ADA and other relevant building codes
-
Experience with government or healthcare facility projects is highly desirable

Excellent communication and client-facing skills
