The Richard E. Jacobs Health Centers Family Medicine team is uniquely trained to care for patients as a whole person regardless of age or sex. The cornerstone of Family Medicine is an ongoing personal relationship between caregivers and patients to achieve the best possible health outcomes. We are looking for an RN that is self-motivated and organized that can assist fellow caregivers in providing patients with exceptional care from initial introduction to discharge. In this role you will interact directly with patients families and visitors offering the opportunity to enhance their experience and provide healthcare education as needed. Additionally the Cleveland Clinic system provides nurses with many professional development resources including furthering education and online/in-person courses to enhance your skills.
A caregiver in this position works variable shifts from 7:00 a.m. -- 8:00 p.m. with weekend rotation and floating requirements to Avon Lake FHC
