Job Description

As the Executive Hiring Lead you will play a critical lead role in identifying attracting and securing world-class leadership talent across our global operations. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders managing end-to-end executive hiring processes with a particular focus on quality efficiency partnership management and providing an exceptional candidate experience.

In this role you will serve as a subject matter expert on our leadership hiring framework and assessment guiding hiring managers on the effective use of structured interview questions and optimising the use of the Hogan assessment to drive high-impact hiring decisions. You will play a pivotal role in preparing and supporting interviewers to deliver consistent insightful and relevant leadership interviews.

What you will do

  • Lead the full-cycle of recruitment for all Director level roles (CEO -1 CEO -2) as well as occasional critical confidential or CEO-3 positions across Corporate Product & Technology and Commercial divisions
  • Forge excellent working relationships with our Executive Search Preferred Partner group and lead the on-going review of their performance providing meaningful and helpful feedback in real time
  • Build deep trusted relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to provide a best-in-class search process that is built on exceptional stakeholder management and candidate experience
  • Identify areas for improvement in the hiring process working in partnership with all the Heads of Resourcing and the Head of Resourcing Performance
  • Execute bespoke search strategies utilising our Executive Partner Programme
  • Ensure a premium white-glove experience for all executive candidates from first contact through to onboarding and starting their new role in the business
  • Leverage the knowledge and capabilities of internal teams such as Reward and Talent as well as our external research partners to provide insights on talent trends internal talent competitor mapping and diversity benchmarks to inform hiring decision-making

Qualifications :

  • Proven track record in executive recruitment either in-house (preferably in a FTSE 100 or fast-paced digital / commercial environment) or an executive search firm
  • Experience of hiring for leadership roles across multiple business functions and geographies
  • Strong understanding of global executive search contract constructs methodologies and best practices
  • Confident working with and influencing senior stakeholders including C-level executives
  • Exceptional communication organisational and project management skills
  • Deep knowledge of and passionate belief in diversity equity and inclusion as a part of best practice leadership hiring
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) with the ability to build trust read a room and manage complex interpersonal dynamics
