Customer Care Officer chez KAPLAN International cest :
- Conseiller accompagner nos clients avant / pendant / aprs la plus belle exprience de leur vie
- Travailler pour une multinationale Amricaine qui existe depuis plus de 80 ans
- Echanger avec des collgues venant du monde entier

Qualifications :
Votre mission
Au sein de notre quipe commerciale (B to C) vous tes en charge dassurer la bonne prparation du sjour de nos tudiants.
- Suivi administratif / Facturation
- Gestion des appels entrant
- Prise de RDV physique en agence
- Vente de produit additionnel (Extension / assurance)
- Gestion des plaintes
- Suivi client et fidlisation
