Job Description
Assist in governance activities for numerous projects and service delivery managers ensuring compliance and supporting service improvement initiatives. Requires knowledge of ITIL SRE principles and effective communication skills.
Preferred Experience:
Bachelors degree in engineering or business administration.
3 plus years of experience in Operations or support roles in AMS IMS or Cloud Ops.
Effective communication skills to work with diverse teams across geographies and cultures.
Experience working with international clients is a plus.
Proficiency in O365 apps.
Basic understanding of stakeholder project and process management.
Mandatory Skills:
Knowledge of ITIL SRE principles.
Understanding of Service Operations and Governance.
Willingness to learn and contribute to Continuous Service Improvement initiatives.
