YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You analyze and optimize pricing and availabilities based on capacity competition and reservation analyses
- You make autonomous decisions and take full responsibility for your market
- You engage in strategic discussions with your colleagues to address special challenges
- You proactively identify possible critical developments and initiate appropriate actions
- You act as a key interface across departments fostering synergies
- You support the ongoing development of internal processes and reporting system
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Education You have a degree in business administration economics tourism management or similar
- Experience You have already gathered experience in revenue management or related fields
- Analytical skills You have a sharp analytical mindset and feel confident working with numbers and Excel
- Soft skills You manage priorities well especially in fast-paced or challenging situations work in a structured detail-oriented way and take ownership of your tasks
- Team collaboration You collaborate effectively with others and enjoy working in cross-functional teams
- Language You possess excellent communication skills and are fluent in English; additional proficiency in German French and/or Italian is a plus
