Overview of the Role:
Join our dynamic team as a QA Tester Business Analyst where youll play a crucial role in ensuring software quality while supporting data-driven decision making. This position combines technical testing expertise with business analysis skills making it perfect for professionals looking to expand their impact in the energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for software applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and define testing strategies
- Perform manual and automated testing including regression testing
- Conduct operational analyses to support informed business decisions
- Create and manage defect tracking documentation
- Develop and maintain testing scripts and test environments
- Report on testing status metrics and KPIs to stakeholders
- Support small to medium special projects and process improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a QA Tester or Quality Testing Engineer
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with test case development and execution
- Knowledge of defect tracking systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Bachelors degree preferred
- 1 years of related experience preferred
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce (plus)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (plus)
