We are seeking a Manager Engagement & Belonging to lead and implement practices that bring our core values of Celebrate Perspectives and Win as a Team to life. This person will be responsible for driving strategies that foster belonging and engagement for all Creators. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to make a significant impact in a global organization. This role will sit at one of the following office locations: Las Vegas NV; Chicago IL; Austin TX; or Cedar Falls IA.
Core responsibilities include:
Drive and manage the culture and engagement portfolio including Employee Experience Employee Listening Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI).
Lead the annual Global Engagement Survey process including reporting and action planning. Partner with external vendor to ensure seamless experience and drive improvements year over year.
Support the development and delivery of the full Employee Listening Strategy including onboarding survey pulse surveys and exit surveys.
Lead and support Employee Resource Groups to foster a culture of belonging. Own governance of the ERGs consultation with ERG leaders and manage executive sponsors.
Create and manage simple sustainable processes for ERG leaders (e.g. cultural events calendar communications campaigns).
Act as the resident culture and employee experience expert consulting with business leaders and delivering creative solutions.
Drive programs and initiatives based on key priorities while collaborating with internal teams such as People Capability Corporate Social Responsibility Legal and Communications.
Collaborate and shape regional programs that incorporate variations and adapt to the needs of various global partners and requirements.
Partner with senior business leaders to ensure talent practices and processes support the achievement of workforce diversity and compliance within Light & Wonders diversity philosophy and principles.
Lead analytics and reporting of key engagement diversity and culture metrics.
Lead change management and communications efforts for large scale organizational initiatives and changes.
Minimum Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role preferably with an emphasis on Employee Experience Learning and Development Organizational Development DEI or culture transformation.
Passion and commitment to designing programs to help increase employee engagement and belonging.
Demonstrated experience coaching influencing and working collaboratively with business and HR colleagues.
Experience in a large-scale global organization.
Strong program management skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience utilizing data for persuasive storytelling.
Education:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field
The targeted pay range for this role is $100000 - $110000. The total compensation package for this position may also include applicable incentive compensation such as an annual performance bonus. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set depth of experience specific work geography as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
