Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for identifying and securing commercial opportunities Paschal is looking for a Commercial Project Manager to drive growth across the light commercial multi-family and subcontracting sectors.
In this role youll lead the charge in identifying new business opportunities developing key relationships and managing commercial projects from initial contact through successful completion. Youll serve as both a business developer and a project leadercreating value-driven partnerships and delivering high-quality solutions in collaboration with internal teams.

What Youll Do:
Proactively identify and pursue commercial HVAC plumbing and electrical project opportunities
Cultivate strong relationships with property managers general contractors and developers
Lead pre-construction meetings project planning and estimate reviews
Manage project timelines budgets and deliverables in collaboration with operations teams
Ensure clear communication between stakeholders subcontractors and internal teams
Represent Paschal at industry events networking functions and trade associations
Maintain accurate records of leads proposals and project updates in CRM
Drive performance toward revenue and profitability targets
What Were Looking For:

Organized and Detail-Oriented: Strong project planning and time management skills.

Commercial Experience Preferred: Background in commercial HVAC plumbing electrical or construction is a plus.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook.
Valid Drivers License: Safe driving record required for job-related travel.
