About the Role The Agronomy Sales Leader is responsible for developing and executing the agronomy sales strategy across a defined region or group of retail locations. This leadership role drives top-line growth by coaching and managing a high-performing sales team building strong customer relationships and promoting crop input solutionsincluding seed crop protection fertilizer and precision ag services. The Agronomy Sales Leader ensures alignment with the companys agronomic operational and financial goals.
**This role will cover the eastern territory of Iowa - Travel is required.
