Were seeking a dynamic Dual General Manager to oversee the award-winning Embassy Suites La Vista (257 rooms 45000 sq. ft. of meeting space) and the modern Courtyard La Vista (246 rooms). This is a rare opportunity to lead two powerhouse propertiesdriving performance inspiring teams and shaping guest experiences in a thriving market.
Located just minutes from downtown Omaha La Vista blends small-town charm with big-city access offering an outstanding quality of life excellent schools and a growing business community. If youre a results-driven hospitality leader ready to make an impact this is your next great move.
Salary: $160000- $175000 plus bonus
What We Are Looking For:
- 6 years of experienceas a General Manager or 2 years as General Manager over 2 or more hotels. This ensures you have the leadership experience needed to guide our team effectively.
- Previous experience as a General Manager with a major branded hotel demonstrating a strong understanding of brand standards initiatives and collaborative partnerships with corporate brand teams.
- Extensive rooms and/or F&B experienceto manage all aspects of hotel operations.
- Bachelors degree in hotel management business or related field; or equivalent experience. This provides the foundational knowledge required for strategic decision-making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite cloud-based apps and hotel property management systemsto streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Willingness to relocateto embrace new opportunities and challenges.
What You Will Do:
- Collaborate on operational plansto achieve revenue and guest satisfaction targets.
- Lead associatesto meet Atriums service and satisfaction goals through positive guest experiences.
- Utilize brand tools creativelyto meet current and future guest expectations.
- Ensure preventive maintenanceof the property including mechanical and IT systems.
- Manage loss prevention and risk managementpolicies to protect hotel assets and ensure safety.
- Engage with associatesto improve hotel culture and embrace Atriums core values.
