ManpowerGroup on behalf of ABB a technology leader with specialization in electrician and automation is seeking a Sales Engineer.
Location: Metamorfosi Greece

You will be reporting to: Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
The purpose of this role is to ensure order growth profitability market share and customer satisfaction by promoting ABBs portfolio of products and motion solutions. You will be responsible for developing and building customer relationships by identifying sales opportunities.
More Specifically:
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying their needs and guiding them through ABBs full portfolio of products systems and services to deliver tailored solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitors activities.
- Meet short-term/long-term and revenue goals In line with business objectives.
- Provide customers with clear and timely information regarding delivery schedules payment terms and general conditions ensuring consistency with ABBs commercial framework and strategy.
- Ensure efficient marketing activities and communicate the value proposition of ABBs products to customers enhancing their interest and trust.
- Prepare offers and manage all related administrative tasks-including offer tools invoices letter of credit-following ABBs standards and processes.
- Work closely with internal teams (product management engineering logistics and finance) in order to meet operational technical requirements and customer satisfaction.
Requirements - Bachelors degree in electrical electronic or mechanical engineering or automation engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or sales support roles.
- Fluency in Greek and English language (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce will be considered a plus.
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Customer oriented approach.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel.
