Salary: 32000 per annum

Position: Permanent Full-Time

A prestigious award-winning corporate property company with a global presence is looking for a highly organised and efficient Client Accounts Assistant to support their busy Property Management team.

The successful candidate will bring experience in property management accounts and will play a key role in managing client financials including credit control rent insurance processing and debt recovery in a fast-moving professional environment.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Processing rent and service charge payments
  • Managing credit control and arrears recovery
  • Coordinating rent insurance claims and renewals
  • Maintaining accurate financial records for clients and properties
  • Liaising with property managers tenants and landlords on financial matters
  • Supporting debt recovery processes and resolving financial discrepancies
  • Assisting with month-end and year-end reporting

  • Previous experience in property management accounts (essential)
  • Strong knowledge of credit control and debt recovery processes
  • Familiarity with rent insurance handling (preferred)
  • Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Professional approach and attention to detail
