About the Role
Arrpwere Consulting is seeking a highly experiencedSenior Security Consultantto join our Canberra-based team. This is a permanent opportunity to lead and deliver strategic risk management and compliance solutions across a range of client engagements.
Youll play a key role in helping organisations improve their resilience meet regulatory requirements and manage business risks effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse business processes to identify and assess risks
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and frameworks
- Advise stakeholders on compliance standards and best practices
- Conduct audits and assessments to ensure regulatory alignment
- Create detailed risk management plans and reports
- Lead workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of risk controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in business risk management (BURM Level 5 SFIA 7)
- Relevant qualifications in risk management or business continuity
- Strong analytical communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working in complex environments ideally within government or regulated sectors
- NV2 Security Clearance is essential
