Diocese of Lismore Catholic Schools

The Diocese of Lismore Catholic Schools (DLCS) provides a range of services to support approximately 3500 staff in 45 vibrant and dynamic Catholic school communities that serve more than 18000 students. The DLCS assists schools to build teaching and leadership capabilities in communities of professional educators who share responsibility for school improvement and for achieving the best outcomes for our students.

2x Payroll Officer roles

On-site located at our Lismore NSW office or Coffs Harbour NSW office

2x full-time temporary positions until 27 February 2026 with the possibility of extension.

Position Purpose:

Under the direction of the Team Leader Payroll undertake a high-volume of payroll processing utilising the positional based EmpowerHR software to all employees of DLCS and the 45 Schools in the Diocese of Lismore.

As a Payroll Officer this role supports the underlying Mission of Catholic Education in the Diocese of Lismore by delivering services that contribute to enabling students to achieve the fullness of life.
