Play a key clinical leadership role as the Business Partner Quality for Sacred Heart Community. Working within a Trauma-Informed setting you will lead the delivery of a high-quality effective improvement program that meets the standards of the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission and the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.

As part of our Transformation and Performance Team you will play a key role in supporting Sacred Heart Community to deliver strong clinical quality outcomes. Using your expertise in quality compliance and continuous improvement youll help implement actions to progress SHMs Provider Readiness Plan for the Strengthened Aged Care Standards.
You will lead and contribute to quality improvement projects and the development of best-practice evidence-based care models. Your work will span projects and procedures risk management health and safety activities and quality system improvementswhile building trusted relationships with frontline staff and teams across the organisation.
