Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities throughout bound sales efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with potential customers understanding their needs and presenting our products/ services to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting and lead Generation:
o and nbsp;Identify potential customers and qualify and target markets through research networking and cold calling.
o and nbsp;Generate new leads Using various sources such as databases social media and industry events and maintain until logical closure.
o and nbsp;Customize emails for industry relevance and fix technical meetings
with BANT-qualified leads.
o and nbsp;Address customer inquiries handle objections and offer tailored solutions.
CRM Management:
o and nbsp;Manage the leads pipeline including tracking leads opportunities and activities in the CRM.
o and nbsp;Prioritize leads to meet weekly/monthly/quarterly Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) targets.
o and nbsp;Maintain and enrich the database regularly.
Collaboration and Team work:
o and nbsp;Collaborate with other members of the sales team as well as marketing product and customer support teams to align strategies and achieve common goals.
o and nbsp;Share insights feedback and best practices with colleagues to contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes.
