Content Upload Specialist
Location: Remote (LATAM)
Monthly Salary: $2000/month
Working Hours: 8am - 5pm CST
The Role
We re hiring a Content Upload Specialist to support our daily publishing workflows across WordPress and email platforms. Youll help bring our content to life on-site and via email ensuring accuracy consistency and visual appeal.
Key Responsibilities
- Upload and format 3 5 editorial pieces per day in WordPress 20 minutes each)
- Manage and update affiliate links
- Format and optimize images for each article
- Provide email support via platforms like ConvertKit or Substack (preferred not required)
- Maintain publishing speed and accuracy within a dynamic editorial workflow
What We re Looking For
- 1 year of WordPress experience (non-negotiable)
- Experience with email platforms such as ConvertKit or Substack (a plus)
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Clear professional English communication (an accent is okay!
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently and thrive in a fast-paced remote team
