Position : CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE

Work Schedule : Flexibility to work rotational shift
Pay Range : USD 1000 - 1400/month (The final offer is at the clients discretion and will be based on the candidates skills and years of experience.

CLIENT OVERVIEW We re a next-gen crypto-powered platform offering fast secure and transparent online gaming. From sports betting to casino games we deliver instant payouts exciting promotions and a user-first experience built for modern players.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We re looking for experienced Customer Support Representatives to provide fast accurate and friendly support to users of our crypto casino and sports betting platform. You ll handle inquiries across live chat email and community channels ensuring a seamless experience for our global player base.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to user inquiries in a professional friendly and accurate manner via live chat email and Telegram (or similar)
  • Resolve issues around bonus redemptions bet disputes payouts and technical account concerns
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products promotions and platform features
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams for resolution
  • Ensure speed accuracy and tone of support meets or exceeds service level standards
  • Collaborate with your team to provide seamless 24/7 coverage and maintain shift logs
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal support processes and FAQs

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 2 years in a customer support or live chat role
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Quick thinker with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work nights weekends and rotating shifts

PREFERRED BACKGROUND
We strongly prefer candidates with experience in iGaming crypto casinos or sports betting support. Familiarity with platform mechanics player behavior and industry best practices will give you a distinct edge.


BONUS SKILLS (NICE TO HAVE)

  • Experience with customer support platforms like Zendesk Intercom Freshdesk etc.
  • Understanding of Web3 crypto wallets or blockchain-based platforms
  • Experience moderating or supporting communities in real-time via Telegram Discord etc.
