Shifts Available and Hours: 6:00 AM 2:00 PM

Job Summary:

The Reliability Tech / Maintenance Planner is responsible for overseeing project implementation ensuring initiatives are successfully executed. Key duties include monitoring and analyzing project outcomes coordinating with focus teams and maintaining project schedules. Additionally this role ensures that maintenance and reliability strategies are properly implemented and executed by plant operations including scheduling and adherence to best practices.

Required Education/Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Valid state motor vehicle operators license.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role involving plant equipment reliability or planning in operations and maintenance.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of building construction and the operation of building systems is preferred.
  • Automation knowledge
  • Additional equivalent technical school courses in a maintenance or construction related field preferred.
