The Raytheon Operations Organization is looking for a temporary employee to help support the following areas: Be the Hardware Management IPT Lead (HMT lead). Support the Value Stream Manager (VSM) on mentoring of individuals in the factory and key projects. Support the Program Operations Manager(s) to ensure program reporting and program milestones are met.

What You Will Do

  • As HMT Lead this person will host reoccurring meetings with the Hardware Management Team for weekly goals and accomplishments.
  • Provide basic responses to reduce and eliminate email traffic from multiple people on the program side.
  • Support any required factory meetings and reviews.
  • Provide mentorship for roles and responsibilities around the different functions in the factory.
  • Communicate progress and factory improvement projects / constraints management.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
  • Experience working with a Union workforce.
  • Fluent in Excel and Microsoft application

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Ability to step into a fast-paced environment with minimal onboarding leveraging experience to make immediate contributions.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to document and present information effectively in meetings and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to interact positively with peers suppliers management and customers in a production environment.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees as they are essential to the development of our products.

This is a temporary assignment of undetermined length.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
