We are hiring for a full-time Dental Assistant with strong clinical skills and a passion for patient care with the opportunity to step into a lead or managing assistant position.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Assisting during general and specialty procedures
Leading by example and supporting assistant training and onboarding
Taking digital X-rays and intraoral scans using Dentrix Ascend
Maintaining operatory flow sterilization standards and OSHA compliance
Managing supply inventory and ensuring clinical areas are stocked and organized
Supporting the patient experience from start to finish with clear communication and kindness
Ideal Candidates Have:
1 year of dental assisting experience
Interest or experience in team leadership or managing back office operations
Excellent communication organization and clinical skills
A positive professional attitude and dedication to patient care
Dentrix Ascend knowledge is a plus (training provided if needed)
