Job Description
- Build lead and continuously improve project management and operational processes across the agency
- Strategize and distribute operational and project management duties ensuring the right tasks are assigned to the right team members
- Collaborate closely with leadership to drive innovation support change management and scale operations
- Solve problems proactively acting as a resourceful producer who thrives in fast-paced ambiguous environments
- Oversee project delivery for a diverse range of creative and product-focused initiatives
- Serve as a client-facing leader stepping in for agency leadership as needed and representing the agency with executive-level stakeholders
- Foster strong relationships across multi-level organizations ensuring smooth communication and project execution
- Implement ideas efficiently balancing innovation with respect for established processes
- Support technical teams and creative talent helping drive projects from concept to completion
- Champion a culture of collaboration humility and continuous improvement
