The Benefits team is responsible for the overall strategy design and management of benefits and resources to attract retain and develop top talent. The Manager Benefits Data Management and Reporting is a key member of the Benefits Delivery team playing leading and partnering roles to support the operations and administration of Marriotts benefits plans and programs.
This includes maintaining ongoing plan operations to ensure high levels of performance associate engagement experience and satisfaction as well as ensuring the plans are administered in accordance with policies and procedures as established by Marriott. The Manager will provide ongoing operational support for benefit programs with a primary focus on systems data management and reporting. This includes ensuring that benefits data are accurate and reporting systems and interfaces operate efficiently. The Manager will liaison with staff internally and externally including Marriotts third-party administration vendors and internal departments such as Information Technology Payroll Services and the Legal Department.

The salary range for this position is $93400 to $118900 annually.
