Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end performance testing lifecycle: planning scripting execution and and implement performance testing strategy methodology and with stakeholders to understand non-functional requirements (NFRs).Design realistic load models and simulate various usage test results and identify performance bottlenecks in the application tuning improvements for applications databases and and guide junior performance testers and contribute to performance engineering integration of performance testing into CI/CD and deliver detailed test reports dashboards and presentations to technical and non-technical Qualifications8 12 years of experience in performance testing and -on expertise with tools such as JMeter LoadRunner Gatling k6 or skills in test result analysis monitoring tools (e.g. Dynatrace New Relic Grafana) and infrastructure performance testing web applications APIs (REST/SOAP) microservices and cloud-native with CI/CD pipelines and integration of performance tests into tools like Jenkins GitLab or Azure understanding of networking databases (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud infrastructure (AWS Azure or GCP).Proficient in scripting languages (e.g. Python JavaScript Bash) and version control (Git).
