Key Responsibilities
* Install commission and maintain CNC Plasma / Laser cutting & welding machines at customer sites
* Provide technical support and timely resolution of service issues across India
* Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts customer complaints and technical improvements
* Maintain service logs and reports
* Educate customers on machine operation upkeep and safety procedures
* Be a brand ambassador for the companys service standards and professionalism
Who Should Apply
* Engineers with hands-on experience in **Plasma or Laser cutting/welding machines** CNC systems or industrial automation
* Willingness to **travel across India** (travel support provided)
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Responsible self-driven and customer-oriented attitude
* Freshers with strong fundamentals and eagerness to learn may also be considered
