The Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to lead our maintenance team. A suitable applicant will have a strong track record of supporting efficient production operations through optimised maintenance processes. You should bring a detail-oriented and organised approach combined with hands-on expertise in mechanical systems and fault diagnosis. We want you to be passionate about driving manufacturing excellence improving equipment reliability and enhancing product quality. You should thrive in a challenging and changing environment and be committed to continuous improvement safety and operational success.

Project Support
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer or in a similar role ideally within a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong knowledge of mechanical & pneumatic systems industrial machinery and maintenance best practices. Some experience in Electrical systems would be of benefit.
Proficient in fault-finding and the use of diagnostic tools and techniques.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a high level of attention to detail.
Excellent organisational skills able to handle many issues at once.
Capable of working independently managing time and priorities effectively.
Confident in delegating tasks and providing clear performance metrics for reporting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills liaising with colleagues across all departments.
Sound understanding of health and safety regulations procedures and risk assessments.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings use precision measuring equipment and understand tolerancing and engineering principles.
IT literate with experience using Computerised Maintenance Management Systemsor similar maintenance tracking software.
Positive proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement and development.
Flexible and adaptable able to respond effectively to unplanned maintenance demands or changing priorities.
