Specialist Finance - Risk & Control (all genders)

We are seeking a Specialist in Finance - Risk & Control (all genders) for our expanding business in the Iberian region responsible for preparing reports for our auditors and Hanwha Solutions our parent company in South Korea.

Your Tasks would include:

• Prepare and conduct the Design and Operational Evaluation in accordance with the Korean Audit Act reporting results to the Head of Finance Iberia.
• Review and revise monthly internal control items post-financial closing ensuring proper documentation is collected and organized.
• Ensure timely evidence collection through ongoing communication and training with relevant departments.
• Provide guidance and training to process owners regarding control procedures and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with Group Internal and External Auditors managing audit requests and overseeing implementation of recommendations.
• Monitor regulatory and accounting standard changes assessing their impact on Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR).

• Completed your degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a comparable role focusing on ICFR Frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of the Korean Audit Act and internal control frameworks (e.g. SOX ICFR).
• Proven experience in financial audits control design and operational assessments.
• Experience coordinating with external/internal auditors and implementing remediation plans.
• Professional fluency in Korean English and basic knowledge in Spanish.
