Key Responsibilities
- Lead BayanTechs digital-marketing operation end-to-end: strategy execution optimisation and reporting.
- Collaborate with & mentor a cross-functional digital team; own hiring workflows training and performance reviews.
- Plan co-execute and co-optimise PPC paid social programmatic and PMAX campaigns.
- Develop always-on demand-generation funnels for B2B buyers (Google Ads LinkedIn Meta Bing).
- Oversee CRO SEO quick wins landing-page A/B testing and marketing automation triggers.
- Build data pipelines & dashboards (GA4 Looker Studio) and present monthly ROI insights to leadership.
- Act as account manager to handle all brands requirements deal with change requests and provide support to Sales BD and Marketing teams.
- Align closely with sales ops to refine SQL criteria lead scoring and CRM workflows (Zoho / HubSpot).
Must-Have Skills
- 7 yrs B2B digital-marketing leadership with proven SQL/ROI growth.
- Mastery of Google Ads LinkedIn Campaign Manager Meta Ads remarketing and GA4.
- Team-management experience (hiring coaching vendor oversight).
- Strong budgeting forecasting and data-storytelling abilities.
- Solid grasp of SEO/CRO fundamentals & MarTech integrations.
- Fluent English & Arabic.
Nice to Have
Localization SaaS or tech-services background.
Experience with AI-driven ad tech & attribution models.
