The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services is seeking an organized analytical results-oriented professional with excellent written and oral communication skills to serve as Childrens Behavioral Health Transformation Initiative Systems Administrator. Under administrative direction of the Childrens Behavioral Health Transformation Initiative this position will provide experienced professional coaching consultation and project management for the maintenance continuous improvement and consistent application of the BEACON portal and Capacity Reporting Tool. The position will serve as a subject matter expert for cases entered into BEACON to identified partners in other state agencies including the Divisions of Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities in the Department of Human Services the Department of Healthcare and Family Services the Department of Juvenile Justice the Department of Public Health and the Illinois State Board of Education. The position will also conduct case reviews and provide consultation to ensure stakeholders are routed to the appropriate community-based or residential services. This position provides a great opportunity for someone who has the desire to guide professional staff to resources outside of the child welfare system to link families to mental and behavioral health resources within their community.
