Lawyer in Broadcoms IP & Licensing Division responsible for the development and oversight of patent licensing campaigns including leading patent mining developing claim charts and managing offensive patent litigation.
Responsibilitiesinclude other IP legal functions such as business unit IP support and supervising patent prosecution with a focus on strategic prosecution.
Requirements:
Candidate must have at least 10 years of patent litigation or patent licensing experience including extensive patent litigation experience at a law firm and must be licensed to practice law in at least one state.
JD degree required.

Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is $137500 - $220000.
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
