What you will do
Lead full-funnel multi-channel campaigns: Plan and build integrated campaigns across paid and earned media digital channels and events. Reporting to the Sr. Director Head of Growth Marketing.
Develop campaign strategies that align to important buyer personas and lifecycle stages integrating tailored content offers and channel tactics to maximize engagement.
Create personalization and intent-based marketing applying tools like Demandbase to reach high-value accounts with relevant messaging.
Craft compelling campaign narratives and content that communicates Sysdigs value in cloud-native security to technical audiences.
Analyze and increase campaign efforts: track campaign goals pipeline influence and ROI. Test and refine to improve conversion and engagement.
Stay agile and iterative: Embrace a test-learn-scale mindset to launch experiments validate hypotheses and evolve programs quickly.
What you will bring with you
7 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with emphasis on growth campaigns digital marketing and pipeline ownership.
Deep familiarity with cloud infrastructure DevOps or security domainsand the ability to translate technical value into engaging marketing.
Track record managing integrated campaigns from strategy to execution across multiple digital channels.
Hands-on experience with Marketo Salesforce and ABM/intelligence platforms (e.g. Demandbase).
What we look for
Strong analytical and A/B testing skills in interpreting performance data and acting on it.
Excellent project management communication and copywriting skills.
Collaborative with an eye for scalable process improvement.
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field or equivalent working experience.

The U.S. annual on target earnings (OTE) range for this full-time position is between $134900 and 185460 USD/year. Actual offers may be higher or lower than this range based on a variety of factors including your work location job-related experience and education.
