St. Lukes Cataract & Laser Institute is looking to hire a full-time Help Desk Technician to join our team at our Tarpon Springslocation.

Job Description

The Tier 1 Help Desk Technician is the first point of contact for IT support assisting end-users with technical issues and escalating as needed. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level professional to grow their skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level IT support via phone email and ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 apps and the 365 Admin Center
  • Assist with Active Directory tasks (password resets user management groups)
  • Escalate unresolved problems to higher-tier support
  • Assist in onboarding new employees
  • Set up and deploy IT equipment

What do we look for

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 Admin Center & apps (Outlook Teams SharePoint)
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory (user & group management)
  • Experience with ticketing systems
  • Strong communication problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education & Experience

  • IT certifications are a plus.
  • 1-2 years of IT support experience (preferred but not required)
