You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Senior Specialist Paid Media supports the strategic communication goals of Mayo Clinic Platform (MCP) and Mayo Clinic International (MCI) by securing and elevating high-impact media coverage that enhances brand reputation thought leadership and stakeholder engagement globally. This role focuses the execution of strategic data-driven paid media campaigns that support the brand visibility audience engagement and growth goals for MCP and MCI.
The Senior Specialist will collaborate across marketing communications creative and analytics teams to manage media buys optimize campaign effectiveness and ensure strategic consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
Requires a bachelors degree in a related field plus 3 years of relevant work experience. Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to communicate in a way that creates clarity simplifies messages and aligns with organizational strategy. Knowledge of channels for communication and the ability to build effective communication and engagement strategies.
Must be a self-starter with the ability to independently identify opportunities solutions and resolve challenges. Demonstrated ability to deliver impactful results. Requires an attitude that actively seeks out change embraces critical questioning innovation service and continuous improvement. Must understand how to deal with and navigate ambiguity and act without having the total picture. Adaptable or flexible.
