We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure and utility projects within our expanding Utilities Division. This position offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact by overseeing projects including highways roadways bridges and underground utility systems such as water gas and electric. Key Qualifications
- Proven experience managing transportation and utility projects including highways roadways bridges and water/gas/electric systems
- Strong civil construction background with hands-on knowledge of mechanical piping SCADA systems trenchless technologies and electrical supply/control systems
- Experience with asphalt projects is a plus
- Demonstrated stability and long-term contributions in previous roles
Project Estimation Responsibilities
- Lead estimating efforts including risk analysis and quantity take-offs
- Interpret project plans specifications and scopes of work
- Solicit review and analyze subcontractor and vendor proposals
- Mentor junior team members including Project Engineers and Assistant Estimators
- Organize and lead project hand-off meetings with the operations team
Project Management Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of project execution from planning to closeout
- Serve as primary liaison between internal teams clients and subcontractors
- Ensure projects are delivered safely on time within budget and to quality standards
- Monitor job costs develop cost forecasts and manage billing/payment applications
- Manage change orders resolve conflicts and maintain project documentation
- Support and mentor engineering staff in managing RFIs submittals and closeout documentation

Preferred Experience
- Utilities-focused project background
- Familiarity with civil construction methods codes and standards
- Experience in both office and field-based operations
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate active construction sites
- Willingness to work in varied terrain and weather conditions
- Exposure to construction-related elements such as noise dust and equipment
- Flexibility to work extended hours as required
