For one of our brands Dematic we are currently looking for Local Data Specialist (Asset Management Equipment).

This role serves as the local expert for equipment data and collaborates with other data teams to maintain high data quality standards supporting asset performance compliance and operational efficiency.

Tasks and Qualifications:

Your Responsibility:

  • Supports Functional Lead Data for equipment data management activities

  • Supports local data quality evaluation such as data profiling analysing results and identifying data quality issues

  • Supports data cleansing rules definition and other remediation actions to address data issues

  • Executes data cleansing activities based on defined cleansing rules and migration cycle errors

  • Supports local data scoping and selection criteria per data objects

  • Supports data mapping activities

  • Validate of migrated data during mock cycles and production load

  • Supports and address issues related to data migration activities

Your Skills and Expertise:

  • Strong understanding of equipment and asset hierarchies in an industrial environment

  • Strong business and technical knowledge of local data landscape incl. technologies

  • Good understanding of data management principles especially data extraction and data cleansing

  • Familiarity with technical documentation (datasheets equipment specs) and attributes of equipment data

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Bachelors degree in engineering Information Systems Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Prior involvement in data migration or S4HANA system rollouts

  • Insight into the impact of data on business processes

  • 3 years of hands-on experience in the Request-to-Resolve (R2R) process and data management

  • Proficiency in Spanish language in addition to fluent Englishboth written and spokenis an asset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in data governance or master data management roles.

  • Knowledge of international standards for asset data

  • Prior experience in a manufacturing utilities energy or heavy industry environment.
