About Us :
Our client is focused on the delivery of high-quality commercial restaurant retail and other space construction. The team is committed to creating excellent spaces and managing the entire project process with flexibility innovation and efficiency at every stage of the process.
Job Descriptions :
- Assist in the Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) aspects of projects including but not limited to preparing design deliverables authorities submissions and tender documentation.
- Support project delivery by preparing comprehensive reports statutory submissions and engaging presentations.
- Supervise site works and attend project meetings to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
Prepare detailed drawings and address technical matters related to MEP systems.
Job Specifications :
- Degree holder in Electrical Mechanical or Building Services Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in related disciplines.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese with fluency in Cantonese preferred.
Strong knowledge and experience in using AutoCAD software.
Familiarity with BIM software is an advantage.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills capable of working collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
