Proposed Interview Date: Week Commencing Monday 14 July 2025

Closing Date: Tuesday 08 July 2025

Contract Type: Temporary for 1 year

Salary: FCLW 23783.40pro rata

Working Pattern: 10 hours per week 2 hours per day as required Monday to Friday 38 weeks per year

Why not join one of our many teams of Catering Assistants in Schools and Nurseries in Kirkcaldy and surrounding have a temporary vacancy to join our teams Monday to Friday as required on a 38-week contract.

You will earn a competitive salary of 23783.40 pro-rata and have access to a range of benefits including:

This work is about providing customer service ensuring pupils and staff receive hot or cold meals every school day. You will go home each day knowing you have made a difference whether its Breakfast Club Morning Break or Lunch you have served. On the job training is given working towards a Food Hygiene Certificate.

The Person

Before confirming your appointment you will be required to obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland and become a member of the relevant PVG scheme.

You will be required to attend an Induction Training Day before starting in post.
