Lettings Manager Leeds 37000pa 45000pa OTE
Join an exciting and rapidly growing business in Leeds and take your Lettings career to new heights.
As the Lettings Manager for the business you will be responsible for overseeing the Lettings function of the business including bringing new properties to the market. Interestingly this company have a particular interest in Investment Property and the ideal candidate will be able to grow this side of the business including the Build to Rent sector.
This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Residential Lettings professional to get stuck in and push their career to new heights!

What you will be doing
- Meeting with clients and instructing new properties to the market
- Maintain a steady flow of Business Development opportunities and continuously closing these deals
- Getting involved in registering tenants and landlords booking viewings and valuations and negotiating offers
- Actioning a robust follow-up process to ensure all new listing opportunities are fully exercised
- Giving expert advice to landlords to ensure the correct levels of interest to achieve a let
What you will have
- Experience in residential Lettings is essential including bringing new properties to market
- A genuine hunger to seek out and win new business
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own car
- Previous management experience desirable
