About the role
Canadian Blood Services is looking for a Regular full-time CAPA Specialist to join our dynamic Quality Management System team in Dartmouth Nova Scotia.
The Quality Management System (QMS) team is responsible for leading the advancement and maturation of our quality management system. It empowers the organization by delivering effective efficient and timely services along with subject-matter expertise in quality and regulatory matters.
Reporting to the Manager CAPA the CAPA Specialist leads coaches and facilitates CAPA (Corrective Action and Preventive Action) investigations. CAPA Specialists will collaborate with responsible teams to investigate problems identify root causes propose solutions ensure recommendations align with established processes and solutions are effective. This role is required to work across various departments to support the timely completion of investigations and partner with cross-functional leadership and front-line teams to ensure thorough effective resolution of assigned investigations.
