Join our Sydney-based office as a Facilities and Concierge Coordinator in the Life Science industry where youll thrive in an autonomous environment with ownership to run site operations independently. Deliver exceptional client service manage vendors and drive continuous improvement with minimal supervision allowing you to excel and grow in your Facilities Management career.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and nurture strong client relationships through proactive communication
Serve as the primary point of contact addressing queries and concerns promptly
Collaborate with clients staff and vendors to ensure seamless operations
Oversee contractors inspect their work and ensure compliance with standards Negotiate contracts manage vendors and maintain accurate records
Handle timely renewal of maintenance contracts
Assist with vendor registration modification and purchase order management Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to health and safety guidelines
Conduct regular site inspections and implement cost-saving initiatives
Coordinate hard and soft FM services (MEP cleaning pest control etc.)
Provide operational updates and management reports
What Were Looking For:
Strong communication skills and ability to deliver exceptional client experiences
Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
Proactive problem-solver with a can-do attitude
Experience in facilities management or related field (preferred)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
