Job Description
Join Our Team as a Line Cook at the Bloomington-Normal Marriott Hotel & Conference Center
Are you a dependable and organized culinary professional ready to bring your skills to our amazing culinary team Were looking for a passionate Line Cook to help us create unforgettable dining experiences for every guest at the Normal Marriott.
What Youll Do
Keep kitchen areas stocked organized and sanitized
Prepare and cook menu items with efficiency and attention to detail
Ensure guest safety by following proper food handling procedures
Maintain a clean hazard-free environmentreporting any issues immediately
Work collaboratively with your team to deliver top-notch service
Take pride in every plate that leaves the kitchen
Qualifications
Available to work 2:00pm-10:00pm
Flexible to working weekends and holidays
Previous culinary or food service experience preferred
Must have or obtain a Food Safety Certificate within 60 days
Physically able to:
Lift push and pull up to 50lbsoccasionally and 15lbsregularly
Bend squat and stand for the duration of the scheduled shift
