About the Role
Are you passionate about learning and development in a global context Do you thrive in a dynamic matrixed environment where collaboration and innovation are key We are looking for a proactive and detail-orientedGlobal Learning and Development Coordinatorto support our Service Operations team worldwide.
In this role you will be at the heart of our global training initiatives ensuring smooth coordination administration and continuous improvement of our learning programs. Youll work closely with project managers business units and sales companies to enhance the capabilities of our field service engineers and service center technicians.
Your Key Responsibilities
Administer theDocebo Learning Portalfor Global Service Operations (ALSOC Framework): create learning plans courses assessments surveys and channels.
Coordinate and support training programs including facilitator logistics and participant guidance.
Continuously improve learning portal processes in collaboration with process owners.
Provide data analytics impact measurement and learning statistics.
Maintain and update intranet content related to competence development.
Support global learning transformation projects and sprints.
Act as a backup for Power BI dashboard maintenance and development.
What You Bring
Experience inLearning & Developmentwithin an international environment.
Hands-on experience withLMS administration(Docebo or similar).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Proficiency inMicrosoft 365tools.
Basic knowledge ofPower BI(or willingness to learn).
A proactive curious and service-minded attitude.
Fluency inspoken and written English.
