The Role:
Were looking for junior IT professionals with a passion for technology and a drive to grow. Join our dynamic Customer Service Centre (CSC) and be part of a 24/7 team delivering mission-critical IT support and services to top-tier clients.

What Youll Do:
Monitor IT systems and ensure uptime & availability.
Support incident management and help resolve issues efficiently.
Apply security protocols and manage backup procedures.
Take part in the implementation & maintenance of client infrastructure.
Handle Level 1 support via helpdesk systems.
Install configure & upgrade IT systems.
Collaborate with expert engineers and gain hands-on experience with enterprise tech environments.



Requirements

What You Bring:
Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Strong communication skills in Greek & English.
Up to 1 year of experience in an IT support or entry-level technical role.
Familiarity with any of the following is a plus:
Windows Server / Active Directory
Linux systems
Helpdesk & Ticketing tools
System monitoring solutions

Additional Info:

Willingness to work on-site in rotating shifts (24x7).
