The role
The New Business Operations Manager is responsible for the processes tools and technologies that support the sales and marketing teams including the companys Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform while also managing the lead generation team on a daytoday basis.
As a LEAP ambassador you will be committed to helping clients maximise their investment by ensuring they use the software to its full potential. You will proactively monitor client accounts and usage metrics and maintain regular communication throughout their lifecycle to highlight LEAPs value and drive product adoption. In addition you will identify training needs deliver remote training sessions where appropriate and provide feedback to other departments as required.
