- Mentor and inspire a creative high-performing Marketing team
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for all brand marketing initiatives
- Shape and scale our CRM and loyalty strategy alongside our CRM Manager

- Stay ahead of the curve by researching trends and anticipating industry shifts
- Lead and refine copywriting efforts keeping our tone sharp and unmistakably Penta
- Manage and support crisis PR with clarity and agility
- Align with E-Commerce to ensure cohesion across digital touchpoints
- Oversee paid media and advertising from strategy to execution
- Ensure our social media voice stays witty warm and consistent
- Cultivate agency partnerships and coordinate standout brand collaborations and events
- Play a key role in internal communications building transparency and alignment

- A deep understanding of the full marketing landscape (strategic hands-on)
- A proven track record in leading marketing teams with empathy and clarity
- Excellent communication skillsverbal and written (English and German is a must)
- A flair for storytelling and a sharp eye for brand consistency
- Experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments
- A knack for turning insights into impactful actions
- A love for hospitality travel and creating memorable guest experiences
